The Blissful Day by This Place is a soothing body cream for tired muscles that feel heavy or tense after a long day. It is designed for the neck, shoulders, back, legs, and other stressed body areas—anywhere touch, massage, and a tension-relieving texture are beneficial.

The formula combines traditionally valued and powerful plant extracts such as arnica, willow bark, turmeric, and maritime pine with a smooth care base of jojoba oil, grape seed oil, coconut oil, buriti oil, and shea butter. This makes the cream easy to massage in, absorbs well, and leaves the skin soft and cared for without feeling sticky.

• Arnica is traditionally used for stressed body parts and is a classic plant extract in products for massage, sports, and physical strain. Arnica has a tension-relieving effect and is especially suitable for areas that feel tired, heavy, or tense.
• Willow bark contains salicin, a natural plant compound from the salicylate group. Salicylates are traditionally associated with a soothing, balancing effect on stressed body parts. Usage

• Apply a small amount of The Blissful Day to the desired body area, such as the neck, shoulders, back, legs, or other stressed areas. Warm the cream briefly between your hands and massage in with slow, circular movements.
• Use daily or as needed depending on your needs. The application can be gentle or somewhat firmer—what matters is that the massage remains pleasant.
• Wash hands after application and avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, or irritated skin.
• Not formulated for children's skin. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as for sensitive skin or allergies to Asteraceae, wintergreen, or essential oils, test carefully before use or consult a doctor.

Active Ingredients

• Jojoba oil (Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil) – Its high fatty acid content makes the skin soft, supple, and resilient. The oil has antibacterial properties, absorbs quickly, and contains vitamins B, E, minerals, and beta-carotene (provitamin A). It strengthens cell development and renewal, fights skin aging, and reinforces the skin’s natural protective barrier. Also very suitable for hair and scalp care. By the way, jojoba oil is technically not an oil but a plant wax.
• Buriti oil (also called Morete) is extracted from the fruits of the buriti palm (Mauritia vinifera / Mauritia flexuosa), mainly found in Brazil. Buriti oil is characterized by a high concentration of oleic acid, tocopherols (vitamin precursors), provitamin A, and carotenoids, especially a very high beta-carotene content (five times that of carrots). This nourishing oil has strong antioxidant properties, supports cell regeneration, and offers light natural UV protection. The potent anti-aging oil cares for skin and hair and can normalize sebum production.
• Turmeric (Curcuma Longa) has strong antibacterial and antioxidant effects and fights germs, bacteria, and viruses. Turmeric contains active compounds that inhibit inflammatory processes in tissue. This can reduce swelling and improve joint mobility. Well suited for problematic skin. Turmeric is also used for osteoarthritis. Additionally, turmeric promotes circulation and regulates sebum production.

• Arnica (Arnica Montana Flower Extract) – Arnica is a medicinal plant from the Asteraceae family with sunny yellow flowers. It has wound-healing, disinfectant, and anti-inflammatory properties, supports skin regeneration, and soothes the skin. Arnica is also known as “mountain arnica.” The name fits perfectly, as the plant grows not only in European mountains but is also known to “bring well-being.” Arnica, with its pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties, has long been used to soothe troubled muscles and joints.
• Shea butter (Butyrospermum parkii (shea) nut butter) is extracted from the fruits of the karité tree. Shea butter has a long tradition as a care and healing agent. Rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, and beta-carotene, the butter protects against environmental stress, binds moisture, fights free radicals, promotes cell regeneration, and makes skin and hair soft and supple.
• Willow bark contains salicin, a plant ingredient that gives the bark its traditional significance in body care. In a massage cream, willow bark supports a calm, balanced skin feeling and complements use on body parts that need rest and relief.
• Coconut oil (Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil) protects the skin from damage caused by free radicals and premature aging. Its high lauric acid content gives the oil antifungal and antibacterial properties. Coconut oil is comedogenic but still helps against impurities and is suitable for acne-prone and sensitive skin. It moisturizes and makes the skin supple.
• Terpenes are natural fragrance and plant compounds found in essential oils and plant extracts.
