Amargo Jungle Bitters combines bitter roots, barks, and herbs from different plant traditions into a concentrated liquid extract. At its heart is Quassia amara - an exceptionally bitter plant from Central and South America that has been used there for centuries. “Amargo” simply means bitter in Spanish.

Bitter herbs also have a long history in European herbalism and have been used there in various herbal preparations. Anima Mundi combines quassia with dandelion, milk thistle, burdock, ginger, boldo, Oregon grape, citrus peels, and cardamom, among other ingredients.

Usage

• Shake well before use.
• 50 drops (approx. ½ teaspoon) into warm water, juice, or tea.
