Anima Mundi combines seven plants and mushrooms from different herbal traditions in BREATHE Tea . Astragalus and mullein meet reishi, tulsi, oats, nettle, and ginger - a multifaceted herbal blend with a warm, mildly spicy note.

Reishi and tulsi complement the blend as botanicals with a long tradition. They are joined by oats, nettle, and warming ginger. The result is a pleasantly herbal tea for quiet moments - especially well suited to the cooler seasons or when the airways are more heavily exposed to dry air and environmental factors.

The modern Herbal Apothecary Anima Mundi combines traditional herbal knowledge from different cultures with carefully selected organic and wildcrafted botanicals. Astragalus & Mullein
Astragalus is one of the traditional plants of Chinese herbal medicine, while mullein has long been used in European herbal traditions. Both shape BREATHE's botanical character.
Reishi & Tulsi
Reishi and tulsi have a long history of use in their respective plant traditions. Reishi is one of the classic mushrooms of East Asia, while tulsi is closely associated with Ayurvedic herbal medicine.
Oats & Nettle
Milky oats have a long tradition as a gentle, nourishing herb, while nettle naturally provides minerals and numerous secondary plant compounds. Both give the blend a somewhat milder finish.
Ginger
Ginger brings warmth and a mildly spicy note to the tea. The root has been part of Asian and European herbal preparations for centuries and pairs very well with the more earthy botanicals in the formula.

Preparation

Pour hot water over approx. 1 tbsp per cup.
Steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
Drink plain to taste or add a little plant milk or sweetener.
Store in a dry place protected from heat and light.

BREATHE is an herbal blend of tulsi, oats, ginger, nettle, reishi, mullein, and astragalus. The formula combines botanicals from different European and Asian plant traditions.

Astragalus has a long tradition in Chinese herbal medicine, while mullein has one in European herbal medicine. Both complement the blend with their distinctive botanical profiles.

What role do reishi and tulsi play?
Reishi and tulsi have long traditions in different herbal systems and complement the formula as botanicals traditionally classified as tonics or adaptogens.

When is BREATHE Tea especially suitable?

What does BREATHE Tea taste like?
Herbal and slightly earthy, with a pleasant warmth from ginger. Tulsi, oats, and nettle make the blend somewhat softer, while reishi and astragalus give it greater depth.

We carefully process and package your order in our warehouse in Reutlingen. Processing usually takes within 48 hours. As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. After handover to DHL, the shipping time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.

The shipping costs 4.95€; for orders over 60€, we offer free shipping within Germany.

International orders are shipped depending on the destination country and package size with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium. The available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Shipping time depends on the destination country, chosen shipping method, and customs clearance.

Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.

We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
