Harmonize was created together with sisters Leah Song and Chloe Smith of Rising Appalachia. The folk musicians have spent many years exploring herbalism, rituals, and traditional knowledge. The result is an uncomplicated tonic that fits just as easily into a morning routine as it does into a quiet moment in the evening.

  Rose petals have a long history in different herbal traditions. They are used as tea, infusion, or as an ingredient in herbal elixirs, and have traditionally been especially popular in preparations centered around quiet pauses, balance, and ritualized moments of enjoyment. Their fragrance and delicate floral flavor also play an important role. For Harmonize, Anima Mundi uses wild-harvested rose petals, which give the blend its soft, aromatic character.
• Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)
  Ashwagandha is one of the best-known plants in Ayurveda and is classified there among the so-called Rasayanas. For Harmonize, Anima Mundi uses organically grown root as a concentrated liquid extract.
  

There is extensive traditional knowledge and modern research on rose and ashwagandha. Here, we consciously limit ourselves to a brief overview of their traditional use.

Use

• 30–50 drops 2 to 3 times daily.
• Take neat or add to water, tea, juice, or another beverage.
• The bottle contains 59 ml, or approximately 24 servings of 2.5 ml each.
• Store protected from light and heat.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Because it contains ashwagandha, do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The product is also not suitable for children. If you have a thyroid disorder, current or past liver disease, or are taking medication, consult a doctor before use.
