Instead of brewing different green herbs individually, the blend unites six botanicals in one cup - herbal and earthy, yet slightly sweet and fresh thanks to the gynostemma and rosehip.

The Mineral Herbs bring together different botanical traditions: nettle, oat straw, horsetail, and alfalfa are classic green herbs, while gynostemma has long been used in Chinese herbal medicine. Rosehips complement the blend with a pleasantly fresh, slightly tart note.

How to use

1 tablespoon of herbal blend per cup, steeped in hot water.
Steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain.
For a more intense herbal infusion, the steeping time can be extended.
Enjoy on its own or refine to taste with a little honey or lemon.
Store in a cool, dry place protected from heat and direct light.
Because it contains gynostemma, consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding and if you regularly take medication.

Nettle & oat straw
Both are classic green herbs for infusions and form the tea's soft, herbal, plant-based foundation.
Horsetail & alfalfa
These two plants add extra green and slightly earthy notes to the blend, making Mineral House taste considerably more complex than a simple nettle tea.
Gynostemma
Gynostemma, also known as Jiaogulan, is part of traditional Chinese herbal medicine and is often considered an adaptogenic plant. Its slightly sweet, green flavor makes the blend rounder and balances the more bitter herbal notes.
Rosehip
Rosehip brings freshness and a slight tartness to the tea. This makes the blend taste livelier and less purely herbal.

Why should the tea steep for 10–15 minutes?
Leaves, stems, and coarser plant parts need a little longer than classic green or black tea. A longer steeping time produces a stronger, more intense herbal infusion.

What is gynostemma?
Gynostemma pentaphyllum, also known as Jiaogulan, is a climbing plant from Asia and part of traditional Chinese herbal medicine. In terms of flavor, it adds a slightly sweet, green note to the blend.

What does Mineral House Tea taste like?
Green, herbal, and earthy, with a subtle natural sweetness from gynostemma and a fresh, slightly tart note from rosehip.

Can I drink Mineral House Tea every day?
The blend is designed as an everyday house tea. One serving is infused with hot water and left to steep for 10–15 minutes.

We carefully process and package your order in our warehouse in Reutlingen. Processing usually takes within 48 hours. As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. After handover to DHL, the shipping time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.

The shipping costs 4.95€; for orders over 60€, we offer free shipping within Germany.

International orders are shipped depending on the destination country and package size with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium. The available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Shipping time depends on the destination country, chosen shipping method, and customs clearance.

Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.

We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
