For an even complexion, apply the HIRO Space Balm Corrector under foundation. It also works well as an eyeshadow primer and base for creamy eyeshadows. Simply mix a bit of the Space Balm Corrector with a HIRO shimmer or eyeshadow pigment of your choice on the back of your hand.

• By the way, what is the difference between concealer and corrector?

Both products brighten and awaken the eyes but serve different purposes. A concealer matches the skin tone or may be slightly lighter to add glow and create a fresh look. It is less opaque but has more brightening power. As the name suggests, a corrector adjusts the skin color. It is more pigmented than a concealer and effectively conceals blue and purple tones.

Application

• For dark circles: Simply apply a bit of Space Balm Corrector with your fingers, a concealer brush, or a beauty blender from the inner corner of the eye outward. Apply under the lower lash line or wherever a small imperfection is visible. To blend evenly, tap around the desired area with fingers, brush, or sponge until it melts into the skin.
• For hard-to-cover imperfections like small veins or bruises: It’s best to use the warmth of your fingers or a beauty blender (for an even result). Apply some corrector to the affected (bluish) area and even out the skin tone.
• As an eyeshadow primer: Apply a very thin layer with fingers or a brush over the entire eyelid before eye makeup.
