Application
- For best results, apply to lashes and brows morning and evening.
- Eyelashes: Clean the eyelashes so they are free from dirt and makeup. Apply the serum with the thin brush along the lash line.
- Eyebrows: Clean the eyebrows so they are free from dirt and makeup. Apply upwards with the brush in upward strokes and comb through.
