Active Ingredients

• Shea butter (Butyrospermum parkii (shea) nut butter) is obtained from the fruit of the karité tree. Shea butter has a long tradition as a care and healing agent. Rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, and beta-carotene, the butter protects against environmental stress, binds moisture, fights free radicals, promotes cell regeneration, and makes skin and hair soft and supple.
• Essential orange oil (Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil) is cold-pressed from orange peels. Orange oil has brightening, antibacterial, and astringent effects. It can combat inflammation and impurities, regulate excessive sebum production, and promote a smoother skin texture. In hair and scalp care, orange oil improves scalp circulation, degreases hair, and can reduce dandruff. Orange oil contains limonene, aldehydes, linalool, citronella, citral, terpineol, vitamin C, and geraniol. The scent calms and uplifts the mood.
• Flaxseed oil/extract (Linum Usitatissimum (Flax) Seed Extract/Oil) – The high omega-3 content of the oil has anti-inflammatory effects and can suppress outbreaks and soothe irritated, dry skin. • Almond oil / sweet almond oil (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis / Sweet Almond Oil) is mild and well suited for caring for sensitive skin. Almond oil soothes irritation, replenishes lipids, and retains moisture. Dry, irritated, and mature skin benefits especially. Almond oil softens and smooths the skin and is also good for hair care. Vitamins and the high content of unsaturated fatty acids (especially oleic acid) strengthen the barrier function and provide protection.
• Hazelnut oil (Corylus avellana (Hazel) Seed Oil) has a high content of unsaturated fatty acids and contains linoleic acid, phosphosterols, vitamin E, and various trace elements such as potassium, calcium, and sulfur. It nourishes the skin, strengthens the skin barrier, and has the ability to regenerate damaged cells. The delicate oil is non-comedogenic, well tolerated, and quickly absorbed.
