The Intense Moisturizing Mask soothes dry, stressed skin and supports its regeneration, leaving it smooth and balanced. Highly effective ingredients like hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, urea, and prickly pear deeply hydrate the skin, giving it renewed freshness and firmness.

• Niacinamide helps the skin retain moisture, refines pores, and visibly smooths the skin texture while reducing hyperpigmentation.
• Hyaluronic acid is a highly effective moisturizer that binds and stores water in the skin. It plumps fine lines from within and noticeably hydrates the skin.
• Urea intensely hydrates the skin, strengthens its natural barrier, and smooths dry, rough areas.
• Ginseng stimulates microcirculation and collagen synthesis, promotes regeneration, nourishes cells with nutrients and moisture, and makes the skin appear smoother, firmer, and more balanced.
• Strengthens the barrier and protects the skin from moisture loss with the natural moisturizing factor Sodium PCA.

Additionally, the Intense Moisturizing Mask contains natural AHAs from apple leaf extract, which gently remove dead skin cells and refine the complexion. Carrot extract provides valuable antioxidants and beta-carotene, which the body converts into vitamin A to support cell renewal. Comfrey root extract soothes and promotes skin regeneration.

Application

• Apply the face mask to cleansed face, neck, and décolleté. Avoid the eye and mouth areas.
• Leave on for 12 to 15 minutes. Gently remove with lukewarm water.
• Use 1-2 times per week.
• Tip: This mask can also be used as an eye mask, as it is free from so-called creeping oils.

Active Ingredients

• Jojoba oil (Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil) – Its high fatty acid content makes the skin soft, supple, and resilient. The oil has antibacterial properties, absorbs quickly, and contains vitamins B, E, minerals, and beta-carotene (provitamin A). It strengthens cell development and renewal, combats skin aging, and reinforces the skin’s natural protective barrier. Also very suitable for hair and scalp care. By the way, jojoba oil is technically not an oil but a plant wax.
• Apple leaf extract (Pyrus Malus (Apple) Leaf Extract) is rich in antioxidants that protect the skin from harmful environmental influences and counteract premature skin aging. Thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties, it can reduce redness and soothe the skin. It also contains fruit acids, especially alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs), which promote gentle exfoliation, improve skin texture, and create an even complexion. The extract supports regeneration and gives the skin a fresh, revitalized appearance.
• Hyaluronic acid (Hyaluronic Acid / Sodium Hyaluronate) retains moisture up to 1000 times its weight. Hyaluronic acid is a main component of connective tissue, filling and supporting it. Due to its ability to bind large amounts of water, it is responsible for the skin’s moisture content. Hyaluronic acid also promotes skin firmness and elasticity. As we age, we lose natural hyaluronic acid, which is a primary cause of wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid helps fill fine lines and plump the skin.
• Red ginseng – few plants have such radiance. Native to Southeast Asia, the root has been used for millennia for various purposes, from the fountain of youth to an aphrodisiac. Ginseng stimulates general skin functions and ensures skin cells are better supplied with vital nutrients and moisture. The root supports skin regeneration and increases collagen production, which can reduce fine lines and wrinkles, making the skin firmer and more radiant. At the same time, red ginseng soothes sensitive skin.
• Carrot extract (Daucus Carota Sativa (Carrot) Root Extract) is rich in antioxidants and beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the skin and promotes skin regeneration. It supports cell renewal, protects against oxidative stress, and thus ensures a radiant, healthy complexion while moisturizing the skin and improving elasticity.
• Comfrey root (Symphytum Officinale Root / Leaf Extract), also known as wallwort, comfrey, or blackroot, is widespread in Europe and belongs to the borage family. Comfrey has been used in herbal medicine since antiquity. It is mainly used in skin and hair care for inflammatory and sensitive skin, with strong cell-regenerating and soothing effects that support tissue regeneration. Comfrey relieves pain and improves circulation and is used to treat wounds, venous disorders, bruises, or hematomas. The root contains allantoin, mucilage, tannins, rosmarinic acid, and alkaloids.
• Prickly pear extract (Opuntia Ficus-Indica Extract / Prickly Pear) is rich in vitamins, proteins, minerals, and fatty acids. It has excellent water-binding properties and protects the skin from oxidative stress. Due to its firming properties, some consider it an alternative to Botox.
• Sodium PCA (also called Natrium PCA) is the salt of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, usually derived from the amino acid L-glutamic acid from sugarcane. This ingredient is hygroscopic, meaning it attracts water and holds it in skin cells. This keeps the skin moist and supple and protects it from drying out. Together with other natural moisturizing factors like amino acids, urea, or lactic acid, PCA forms the skin’s natural moisturizing factor (NMF). The gentle, non-comedogenic, and well-tolerated Sodium PCA is used in skin and hair care products.
• Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) supports the synthesis of lipids and ceramides, which are essential for the skin’s barrier function. It improves skin texture and evens out uneven skin tone. The vitamins also help with hyperpigmentation and redness. Niacinamide can regulate sebum production and reduce overproduction. This makes pores appear smaller and less “stretched.” Due to its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, niacinamide can also positively influence inflammation and moderate acne.
