Off You Go by This Place is a cleansing gel for a clear, fresh skin feel after cleansing - without dryness, tightness or that “too clean” feeling that some foaming cleansers leave behind.

The gel texture cleanses thoroughly while remaining pleasantly gentle, making it suitable for daily use in the morning and evening.

What makes it special is the combination of cleansing, gentle skin refinement and hydration. BHA helps gently loosen dead skin cells and buildup, leaving skin looking smoother and clearer. Aloe vera, betaine and inulin support the skin’s feeling of hydration during cleansing, while prickly pear extract and bisabolol promote a calmer, more balanced skin feel.

Off You Go is a good fit if your skin quickly feels tight after cleansing but is also prone to shine, blemishes or visibly congested pores. The hydrating cleanser removes the day’s residue, excess sebum and SPF or makeup remnants without unnecessarily stressing the skin.

Key active ingredients

• BHA / Salicylic Acid is a fat-soluble beta-hydroxy acid that helps loosen dead skin cells and buildup from the skin’s surface. As a result, the skin may appear smoother and clearer after cleansing, while visibly congested pores are less likely to develop. Since Off You Go is rinsed off, the focus is on gentle skin-refining support - not the effect of an intensive leave-on peel.
• Inulin is a plant-based polysaccharide with prebiotic properties. It can serve as a nutrient for selected microorganisms, thereby supporting a balanced environment for the natural skin microbiome. Inulin also has moisture-binding properties - useful in a cleanser designed to cleanse thoroughly without leaving the skin feeling dry or tight.
• Glycerin & Betaine are proven humectants. They help bind water and counteract the moisture loss that can occur during facial cleansing. Betaine is also an osmolyte and supports cells in coping with changes in water balance - together, these ingredients contribute to a softer, less dehydrated skin feel after cleansing.
• Prickly Pear Extract & Aloe Vera complement the formula with hydrating, antioxidant and skin-soothing plant compounds. Prickly pear contains polysaccharides and antioxidant plant compounds, among other ingredients, while aloe vera is particularly valued for its hydrating and soothing properties. In the rinse-off formula, both primarily help balance the clarifying cleansing action with nourishing care.
• Bisabolol is a skin-soothing active ingredient that is particularly interesting for sensitive skin or skin that appears quickly irritated by cleansing. It complements BHA and the cleansing agents and supports a calmer skin feel after use without unnecessarily burdening the cleansing formula with stronger therapeutic claims.
• Coco-Glucosides & Amino Acid Surfactants form Off You Go’s cleansing system. Together with, among others, Sodium and Disodium Cocoyl Glutamate, coco-glucosides dissolve sebum, dirt and residue so they can be rinsed away with water. The combination of different surfactants enables thorough cleansing, while humectants and replenishing ingredients such as PCA Glyceryl Oleate further balance the skin feel.

How to use

• This Place recommends using the cleansing gel in the morning and evening.
• Apply the desired amount of the gentle cleansing gel directly to the damp face, neck and décolleté.
• Massage the gel in gently using circular motions, avoiding the eye area.
• Rinse the cleansing gel off thoroughly with lukewarm water. If needed, you can use a soft cloth to remove the gel completely.
• Finally, dry your face with a clean towel.
