Active Ingredients

• Aloe Vera Extract / Juice (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract / Juice) provides natural moisture, prevents dryness, and strengthens the natural protective barrier. Aloe vera contains vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and essential amino acids. It supplies oxygen to skin and hair and is considered effective in supporting cell renewal. It binds moisture, has cooling, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial effects. Aloe adds volume and grip to fine hair.
• Essential lavender oil (Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil) has calming, cleansing, and antiseptic properties. The gentle oil consists of linalyl acetate and linalool and stimulates cell growth. Skin and hair benefit from improved blood circulation, and the antioxidants in lavender act as a natural anti-aging treatment. It heals inflamed skin and acne.
• Amaranth seed extract (Amaranthus Caudatus Seed Extract) has film-forming and moisturizing properties that help protect and define hair. Amaranth seeds contain natural squalene, a natural component of the skin’s hydro-lipid film. Amaranth supports cell regeneration and is well absorbed by skin and hair.
• Apple / apple seed extract has mild astringent and exfoliating effects. The vitamin- and antioxidant-rich fruit balances, revitalizes, reduces inflammation, and positively influences the skin’s moisture balance.
• Flaxseed oil / extract (Linum Usitatissimum (Flax) Seed Extract/Oil) – The high omega-3 content of the oil has anti-inflammatory effects, can suppress breakouts, and soothes irritated, dry skin. The oil binds moisture and keeps skin hydrated and healthy, which can improve skin firmness. It is also credited with cell-regenerating properties. In hair care, flaxseed nourishes hair follicles, promotes hair growth and elasticity, and combats dry, flaky scalp.
• Pullulan is a natural polysaccharide derived from starch and is used as a binder (binds ingredients) and film former (provides a smooth feel on skin, hair, or nails).
• Pequi oil is extracted from the fruits of the South American pequi tree. The oil contains nourishing fatty acids that care for and smooth hair. It reduces frizz and adds shine. Pequi oil mainly consists of palmitic acid and oleic acid and is excellent for caring for dry skin and hair as well as ethnic hair.
