Active Ingredients

• Green tea extract (Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract) is distilled from the leaves of the tea plant. Green tea has strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps combat acne and breakouts, acts cleansing, and promotes a clear complexion. It is used to fight premature skin and hair aging, promotes pore reduction, and makes the skin look fresher. Green tea also has a soothing effect, reducing redness and irritation and relieving itching.
• Squalane or squalane oil (Squalane) is a lightweight, non-comedogenic, and non-greasy oil that leaves skin silky soft. Squalane is a natural component of our skin barrier and is therefore very well absorbed by our skin. It protects the skin from moisture loss and prevents oxidation of the skin’s natural fats. The regenerating oil prevents age spots, reduces the appearance of wrinkles, makes the skin supple, and promotes oxygen supply and cell regeneration. It is mostly derived from olive oil, less commonly from rice bran or wheat germ oil.
• Hyaluronic acid (Hyaluronic Acid / Sodium Hyaluronate) stores moisture up to 1000 times its weight. Hyaluronic acid is a main component of connective tissue, filling and supporting it. Due to its ability to bind large amounts of water, it is responsible for the skin’s moisture content. Hyaluronic acid also promotes skin firmness and elasticity. As we age, we lose our natural hyaluronic acid, which is one of the main causes of wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid helps fill fine lines and plump the skin.
• Prickly pear extract (Opuntia Ficus-Indica Extract / Prickly Pear) is rich in vitamins, proteins, minerals, and fatty acids. It has exceptionally good water-binding properties and protects the skin from oxidative stress. Due to its firming properties, it is sometimes referred to as an alternative to Botox.
• Macadamia nut oil (Macadamia Integrifolia (Macadamia) Seed Oil) provides plenty of moisture and especially cares for dry, cracked, and stressed skin. The oil smooths and regenerates the skin. The beneficial mix of unsaturated, healthy fatty acids and the high content of vitamins and trace elements have earned the macadamia nut the name “queen of nuts.” Its fatty acid profile resembles our skin’s natural sebum and is therefore very well absorbed. The oil is non-comedogenic and absorbs quickly and without residue.
• Shea butter (Butyrospermum parkii (shea) nut butter) is obtained from the fruit of the karité tree. Shea butter has a long tradition as a care and healing agent. Rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, and beta-carotene, the butter protects against environmental stress, binds moisture, fights free radicals, promotes cell regeneration, and makes skin and hair soft and supple.
• Chondrus crispus (Carrageenan) extract is a red algae species from the North Atlantic and offers numerous benefits in skincare. It provides intense moisture, soothes skin irritations and redness, and forms a protective film that shields the skin from environmental influences. It also contains antioxidants that help fend off free radicals and slow premature skin aging.
