How to use

• 1. Condition curls: Distribute a small amount of Quiet Calm Curl Control between damp hands and gently work it into wet hair. Shape and clump the curls with your fingers. Use sparingly on fine hair or skip this step.
• 2. Build volume: Distribute I Create Volume through damp hair as needed, especially at the roots and in areas where more fullness and bounce are desired.
• 3. Add hold: Distribute I Create Hold between your palms and work it evenly into still-damp hair. Then scrunch the curls from the ends upwards to create stronger clumping and definition.
• 4. Dry: Allow the hair to air-dry or dry it with a diffuser. Touch it as little as possible while drying so the curl clumps remain intact and frizz is avoided.
• 5. Finish: If the styling gel forms a firmer cast after drying completely, gently scrunch it out with your hands. This gives the curls a softer, more flexible finish.

Styling tip: You do not need to use all three products at the same time. For fine waves, I Create Volume alone or combined with a small amount of I Create Hold is often sufficient. Dry, thick curls, on the other hand, often benefit from Quiet Calm Curl Control as a conditioning base, followed by styling gel for more hold.

Which styling combination is right?

The three styling products differ primarily in their conditioning intensity and hold strength. Quiet Calm Curl Control is the conditioning base for soft, less frizzy curls. I Create Volume provides more fullness, lift and medium hold, while I Create Hold is the ideal addition when curls need to be more strongly clumped and held in shape for longer.

Why do my curls sometimes feel stiff after using the gel?
I Create Hold forms a setting film as it dries, stabilizing the curl shape. This can create a firmer gel cast. Once the hair is completely dry, the cast can be gently scrunched out. The curls remain defined while gaining a softer, naturally flexible finish.
