Do I need to take K2 as well?
Basically, K2 does not need to be taken additionally if it is sufficiently obtained through diet. Vitamin K2 is mainly concentrated in fermented foods, which unfortunately we rarely consume nowadays. However, it is indeed very important in connection with D3, as it ensures proper calcium utilization in the body.
Is the product suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers, and children?
