Harmonize was created together with sisters Leah Song and Chloe Smith of Rising Appalachia. The folk musicians have spent many years exploring herbalism, rituals, and traditional knowledge.   Rose blossoms have a long history in different herbal traditions. They are used as tea, infusion, or as an ingredient in herbal elixirs, and have traditionally been especially common in preparations associated with quiet pauses, balance, and ritualized moments of enjoyment. Their fragrance and delicate floral flavor also play an important role. For Harmonize, Anima Mundi uses wild-harvested rose blossoms, which give the blend its soft, aromatic character.
• Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)
  Ashwagandha is one of the best-known plants in Ayurveda and is classified there among the so-called rasayanas. The root has traditionally been used as a tonic and is particularly associated with periods of increased physical or mental strain. Today, ashwagandha is also frequently classified as an adaptogen. For Harmonize, Anima Mundi uses organically grown root as a concentrated liquid extract.

Rose and ashwagandha are supported by extensive traditional knowledge and modern research. Here, we deliberately limit ourselves to a concise overview of their traditional use.

How to Use

• Take 30–50 drops 2 to 3 times daily.
• Take neat or add to water, tea, juice, or another beverage.
• The bottle contains 59 ml, or approximately 24 servings of 2.5 ml each.
• Store protected from light and heat.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Due to the ashwagandha content, do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The product is also not suitable for children. If you have thyroid disease, current or previous liver disease, or are taking medication, consult a doctor before use.
