The Dermal Roller from Wildcrafted Organics complements facial care with an intensive at-home microneedling treatment. The fine needles are guided over the skin with light, controlled pressure, creating targeted micro-stimuli that may support the skin’s natural renewal process.
The roller is available in two needle lengths:
- 0.3 mm – Black: The gentler option for regular use. Particularly suitable for refining the skin’s texture and complementing a skincare routine with active ingredients.
- 0.5 mm – Gold: The more intensive option for less frequent use. Wildcrafted Organics particularly recommends it for reduced firmness, uneven skin texture, and visible traces of previous blemishes.
When used regularly and correctly, microneedling may help improve skin texture, firmness, and the appearance of fine lines. At the same time, the skin temporarily becomes more permeable, allowing subsequently applied skincare products to come into more intensive contact with the skin.

As microneedling temporarily affects the skin barrier, very careful application and hygiene are important.

Application
- It is best used in the evening on completely cleansed and dry skin.
- Carefully disinfect the roller before and after each use according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Divide the face into individual sections and guide the roller over the skin with light pressure vertically, horizontally, and diagonally.
- Always lift the roller off the skin when changing direction—do not turn it in one place.
- Avoid the lips, eyelids, and the immediate eye area.
- Afterward, use a gentle, well-tolerated skincare product.
- Within its own routine, Wildcrafted Organics recommends first using the Wild Rose Botanical Mist and then, for example, the Bakuchiol Cell Regenerating Serum.
- 0.3 mm: up to 2–3 times per week.

Important Information
Do not use on inflamed, irritated, or injured skin. Do not use in cases of active acne, active skin infections, herpes, eczema, or directly on moles and other skin changes.
For very sensitive or reactive skin, a tendency to scarring, melasma, or existing skin conditions, dermatological advice should be sought before use.
During and after microneedling, the skin may react more sensitively. Immediately afterward, avoid highly exfoliating acids, retinoids, and other potentially irritating active ingredients. Consistently use sun protection during the day.
The dermaroller is intended exclusively for personal use and must not be shared with other people.

- replace as soon as the needles are damaged or the roller no longer glides evenly over the skin
We carefully process and package your order in our warehouse in Reutlingen. Processing usually takes within 48 hours. As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. After handover to DHL, the shipping time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.
The shipping costs 4.95€; for orders over 60€, we offer free shipping within Germany.
International orders are shipped depending on the destination country and package size with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium. The available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Shipping time depends on the destination country, chosen shipping method, and customs clearance.
Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.
We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
