How to use
- Light the end of the incense stick and let the flame burn for approximately 10–15 seconds.
- Then blow out the flame. The tip should now glow red and produce a fine smoke.
- Place the incense stick only in a heat-resistant, non-flammable incense holder.
- Use incense sticks in a well-ventilated room and keep a sufficient distance from flammable materials.

How long does a P.F. Candle Co. incense stick burn?
One stick burns for approximately one hour. Depending on the room size, the fragrance remains noticeable for another two to four hours. Each pack contains 15 incense sticks.
Are P.F. Candle Co. incense sticks handmade?
The charcoal-based incense sticks are hand-dipped into the fragrance composition at the P.F. Candle Co. studio in Los Angeles and then packaged in kraft paper boxes.
We carefully process and pack your order at our warehouse in Reutlingen. Orders are usually processed within 48 hours. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. After handover to DHL, delivery within Germany usually takes 1–3 business days.
Shipping costs €4.95; orders over €60 ship free within Germany.
We ship international orders with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium, depending on the destination country and parcel size. Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on the destination country, the selected shipping method, and customs processing.
Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we can provide a return label for €5.95 upon request. Returns from abroad must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
We carefully pack your order at our warehouse in Reutlingen. Our shipping boxes and greeting cards are made from recycled paper. We use packing peanuts made from cornstarch instead of Styrofoam as filler. Our paper-based packing tape can also be disposed of with waste paper.
