The essential oil of the sacred Palo Santo wood is said to have strengthening and cleansing properties, combining mystical woody notes with aromas of fresh citrus, pine, amber, and musk.
Palo Santo oil is regarded as an effective energetic cleanser. Traditionally, the essential oil is used to protect the aura. Shamans and medicine men in Central and South America use it to cleanse and strengthen the energy around the body. It is said to dispel darkness and fill the entire energy system with light.

Palo Santo has strong antibacterial properties that combat bacteria and microbes. It has been used as an energetic protector and treated with the utmost respect, as many indigenous peoples considered it a direct connection to the spirit world. The sacred Palo Santo tree (Guaja) releases its unique scent when it dies.
All Palo Santo products from Anima Mundi are 100% sustainably grown and harvested in Peru. Anima Mundi works directly with a small native family from the Chiclayo - Lambayeque region in northern Peru. They ethically cultivate these naturally fallen trees and replant them in the wild. The Palo Santo oil is also distilled directly on the farmer’s land.

^ Wildcrafted Palo Santo Wood and Oil harvested and produced by a family in Northern Peru. This family purposefully replants and has sustainably crafted medicines for hundreds of years.
*Organic - Store the perfume oil in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct contact with very bright light or sunlight, as this could damage the product.
Origin
- The Palo Santo from Anima Mundi is 100% ethically harvested in Peru. Anima Mundi works directly with a small native family from the Lambayeque - Chiclayo region in northern Peru. They harvest according to ethical principles from naturally fallen and aged trees (at least four years old) and replant them in the wild. The family they work with has been caretakers of this protected land for generations and has tended these trees in a "devout" manner for over 100 years.
