How to use

• ½ teaspoon of matcha into a matcha bowl or cup.
• Pour over with approx. 60–120 ml of hot water at around 80 °C—do not use boiling water.
• Whisk vigorously with a matcha whisk or milk frother until a fine layer of foam forms.
• Enjoy plain or top up with warm or cold plant milk to make a matcha latte.
• Anima Mundi recommends 1–2 servings per day.
• For a spiced matcha latte, matcha can also be combined with a little Golden Sun Milk and coconut or oat milk.
• Store in a cool, dry place protected from heat and direct light. Seal tightly after opening.
• Matcha naturally contains caffeine. Adjust the dosage if you are sensitive to caffeine and take this into account particularly in the evening.
