How to use

• Shake well before use.
• Add 50 drops or ½ teaspoon (approx. 2.5 ml) to water, juice or tea.
• Anima Mundi recommends taking it 2–3 times daily or as needed, preferably before meals.
• Especially lovely as part of a calm evening routine or after an intense day.
