Withanolides: Naturally occurring plant compounds characteristic of Withania somnifera. The extract used is standardized to a content of at least 5% withanolides; the daily serving provides 25 mg. Standardization ensures that the content of these plant compounds is clearly defined.

Directions for Use

Add 7 dropperfuls to a small amount of liquid, such as water, and consume daily. Shake well before each use, as the extract may settle at the bottom of the bottle.

Withanolides are characteristic plant compounds found in the ashwagandha plant. Standardization means that the extract contains a defined minimum amount; the recommended daily serving provides 25 mg of withanolides.

How are the ashwagandha drops taken?
The daily serving of 7 dropperfuls is added to a small amount of liquid. Water is particularly suitable. The bottle should be shaken vigorously before dispensing.

Why do the drops contain alcohol?
Ethanol is a component of the liquid plant extract and helps preserve it. According to the declaration, the finished product contains 20.6% vol alcohol.

What is the advantage of a liquid extract?
The drops can be easily dosed without capsules or powder and combined directly with a liquid. No further health benefits can be inferred from this.

Can the drops be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
