• The moisturizing complex of hyaluronic acid, glycerin, and linden blossom water from France immediately increases the skin’s moisture level.

How to Use

• Apply a hazelnut-sized amount of the Moisturizing Cream to your face and neck in the morning and/or evening after cleansing, and massage it in with gentle circular motions.
• This facial cream provides intense hydration and strengthens the skin barrier, keeping your skin soft and plump all day long.
• The Moisturizing Cream does not replace a facial oil but can be used before applying an oil to maximize your skin’s hydration and care.
  

Active Ingredients

• Linden blossom extract (Tilia Cordata (Linden) Flower Extract) has a cooling, soothing, and moisturizing effect. Linden blossoms act as antioxidants, are said to have antibacterial and antimicrobial properties, and have a mild tightening effect on the skin. It refreshes the facial skin and is often used for blemished skin.
• Plum kernel oil (Prunus domestica seed oil) contains powerful anti-aging ingredients and can improve the body’s natural production of collagen and elastin. The high concentration of vitamins A and E supports the fight against free radicals and thus against premature skin aging. It also stimulates cell renewal, strengthens the skin’s protective barrier, and protects the skin from moisture loss. The gentle oil has a silky-soft texture and smells of fine marzipan.
• Hemp seed oil (Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil) is rich in essential fatty acids omega-6 and omega-3. Hemp oil supports the skin’s natural protective barrier, which prevents the penetration of bacteria and environmental toxins. The skin remains healthy and soft, optimally hydrated, and appears smooth. Hemp oil can also help with skin issues such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, or itchy and reddened skin. This is due to the anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and antimicrobial effects of compounds like stearic acid. It soothes sensitive and irritated skin, helps pimples and small wounds heal faster, prevents scarring, and helps prevent skin conditions. Gamma-linolenic acid binds water, creating a plumping effect. The skin looks plump, and fine lines can be reduced.
• Squalane (Squalane oil) is a lightweight, non-comedogenic, and non-greasy oil that leaves the skin silky soft. Squalane is a natural component of our skin barrier and is therefore very well absorbed by the skin. It protects the skin from moisture loss and prevents oxidation of the skin’s own fats. This regenerating oil helps prevent age spots, reduces the appearance of wrinkles, makes the skin supple, and promotes oxygen supply and cell regeneration. It is mostly derived from olive oil, less commonly from rice bran or wheat germ oil. For cosmetics, squalene is converted into squalane. Squalane contains no unsaturated bonds and is therefore oxidation-resistant and longer-lasting.
• Evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis oil) soothes the skin, makes it more supple, and slows moisture loss. The high content of omega-6 fatty acids as well as vitamins and minerals have regenerating and healing properties. It relieves itching and helps with atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. Dry, rough, scaly, and inflamed skin especially benefits from the nourishing properties of the oil.
• Chia seed oil (Salvia hispanica seed oil) is an excellent source of omega-3 and contains a high content of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin B3 and zinc. It soothes the skin, prevents breakouts, and protects against free radicals. A very strong antioxidant that also reduces pore size and evens skin tone.
• Ceramides are lipids (fats) naturally found in our skin. They form the basis of the skin’s barrier function. The skin barrier ensures that no harmful substances penetrate the skin and that the skin remains well hydrated. A functioning skin barrier is essential for healthy skin. Ceramides reduce water loss from the skin, also called TEWL (Trans Epidermal Water Loss), protect against environmental stressors, bacteria, and other influences the skin is exposed to. Ceramides are therefore an effective anti-aging ingredient that also helps keep the skin soft and smooth.
• Hyaluronic acid (Hyaluronic Acid / Sodium Hyaluronate) can hold moisture up to 1000 times its weight. Hyaluronic acid is a main component of connective tissue, filling and supporting it. Due to its ability to bind large amounts of water, it is responsible for the skin’s moisture content. Hyaluronic acid also promotes skin firmness and elasticity. As we age, we lose our natural hyaluronic acid, which is one of the main causes of wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid helps fill in fine lines and plump the skin.
