• One pea-sized amount remove with the enclosed spatula.

• In cooler temperatures, warm the cream between your fingertips for a little longer. On contact with the skin, it melts and can then be spread easily.

A pea-sized amount is enough for both underarms. With daily use, the 30 g jar lasts approximately two months, while the 50 g size lasts around three to four months. The actual usage period depends on the amount applied.
