How to Use
- Cheeks - A small amount is enough. Dab one or two dots onto the apples of your cheeks and then blend with your fingers or your favorite complexion brush for a gentle color application.
- Lips - Apply the color directly to the center of your lips. Gently blend the color outward with your finger for a patchy, diffused look that transforms into a matte finish.
- For extra moisture, you can apply Balmy Days Lip Conditioner underneath or Balmy Gloss Tinted Lip Oil on top.
