Usage

• Apply morning and/or evening to cleansed skin.
• Before the moisturizer and after cleansing, we recommend applying a toner, such as the Comforting Toner.
• For gentle facial cleansing, use a cleansing oil, a mild foam cleanser, micellar water, a moisturizing facial soap or a gel

Active Ingredients

• Rose distillate (Rosa Damascena (Rose) Flower Water), also called rose (petal) water, is obtained from rose petals. Rose distillate has soothing, astringent, and cleansing properties. It stimulates blood circulation in the fine capillaries, helps minimize the appearance of scars, micro-wounds, sunburn, and wrinkles. Naturally and delicately scented with the aroma of roses.
• Jojoba oil (Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil) – Strictly speaking, jojoba oil is not an oil but a plant wax. Its high fatty acid content makes the skin soft, supple, and resilient. The oil has antibacterial effects, absorbs quickly, and contains vitamins B, E, minerals, and beta-carotene (provitamin A). Strengthens cell development and renewal, fights skin aging, and strengthens the skin’s natural protective barrier. Also very suitable for hair and scalp care.
• Avocado oil (Persea Gratissima Oil) - The lightly green oil obtained by pressing the avocado pulp contains many vital fatty acids and vitamins. It supports the skin’s moisture balance, protects it from drying out, and thus helps prevent wrinkles.
• Hyaluronic acid (Hyaluronic Acid / Sodium Hyaluronate) stores moisture up to 1000 times its weight. Topical hyaluronic acid forms a thin, viscoelastic surface film that locks moisture on the skin surface and helps smooth the skin and increase elasticity. As we age, we lose our natural hyaluronic acid, which is one of the main causes of wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid helps fill in fine lines and wrinkles and plump the skin.
• Shea butter (Butyrospermum parkii (shea) nut butter) is obtained from the fruits of the karité tree. Shea butter has a long tradition as a care and healing agent. Rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, and beta-carotene, the butter protects against environmental stress, binds moisture, fights free radicals, promotes cell regeneration, and makes skin and hair soft and supple.
• Flaxseed oil / extract (Linum Usitatissimum (Flax) Seed Extract/Oil) – The high omega-3 content of the oil has anti-inflammatory effects and can suppress outbreaks and soothe irritated, dry skin. The oil binds moisture and keeps the skin hydrated and healthy, which can make the skin firmer. It is also attributed with cell-regenerating properties.
• Algae are extremely nutrient-rich and full of proteins and amino acids. Nine essential amino acids strengthen the skin, make it supple, and provide moisture. They also contain many powerful antioxidants. Algae extract supports the skin against premature aging, acne, redness, uneven skin tone, and dryness. The secondary plant compound chlorophyll stimulates oxygen supply and cell renewal.
• Sea buckthorn seed oil / Sea Buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides fruit / seed oil) is rich in anti-inflammatory omega fatty acids, making it especially beneficial for inflammatory skin conditions such as acne, eczema, and rosacea. Sea buckthorn is an excellent source of vitamin A, which increases cell turnover and promotes skin cell regeneration. The concentration of vitamin C in this potent oil provides antioxidant protection, strengthens collagen in the skin, and reduces the appearance of wrinkles and photoaging.
