The Reset Cream specifically reduces irritation and helps the skin regain its natural balance.

The Skin Barrier Reset Cream supports skin that:

At the core of the formulation is the stabilization of the skin barrier through biomimetic lipids and soothing ingredients.

• Hydrogenated Phosphatidylcholine (HPC) is a biomimetic lipid complex that mimics the natural structure of the epidermal lipid matrix and can functionally integrate into damaged barrier areas. This not only supports the surface moisture balance but especially improves the organizational stability of skin lipids. Particularly relevant in phases where the skin barrier has been destabilized by overcare, retinoids, or acids and requires a “structural reorganization”.
• Ceramide NP is a key component of the intercellular lipid structure of the stratum corneum, which can be specifically integrated into lipid-deficient skin areas. It supports the restoration of barrier density, reduces transepidermal water loss, and helps make the skin more resilient against external stressors. Ceramide NP is especially effective for dry, irritated, or reactively weakened skin barriers, as it stabilizes the skin’s natural protective function in the long term.
• Madecassoside is a highly pure, standardized active ingredient from Centella asiatica (Indian pennywort), known for its pronounced soothing and regeneration-supporting properties. It regulates inflammatory skin processes, visibly reduces redness, and helps calm the skin’s sensory perception (such as burning or stinging). At the same time, it supports antioxidant defense mechanisms, making it especially valuable in acute irritation states and after overactive skincare routines.

• Tocopherol (plant-derived Vitamin E) acts as an antioxidant protective factor within the formulation. It helps reduce oxidative stress processes, which can increase during phases of skin irritation, and supports the stability of skin lipids.

The Skin Barrier Reset Cream is deliberately formulated minimally. Not to be less effective, but to reduce potential triggers. This approach follows the principle of “zero therapy.”

• The cream is intentionally designed as a temporary routine phase (for a duration of 2–6 weeks, depending on skin condition).

It is also useful if your skin needs a conscious break from active ingredients and you want to temporarily reduce your skincare routine to the essentials.

This cream is not suitable as a daily anti-aging or classic active care product, as its focus is not on optimizing or treating specific skin needs but on stabilizing and soothing the skin barrier as the foundation for any further skincare routine.

• Hydrogenated Phosphatidylcholine (HPC) is a biomimetic lipid active ingredient for structural support and regeneration of the skin barrier, improving lipid organization and skin tolerance, with high efficacy (barrier repair).
• Ceramide NP is an essential skin lipid for restoring the stratum corneum, reducing transepidermal water loss, and strengthening the skin’s protective function (structural build-up).
• Madecassoside is a highly pure Centella active ingredient with soothing, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant effects; ideal for redness and irritation (soothing).
• Squalane is a skin-identical lipid that supports the natural barrier, improves suppleness, and reduces moisture loss without occlusive heaviness.
• Shea Butter (Butyrospermum Parkii Butter) is a rich emollient with replenishing and protective effects; it reduces tightness and supports dry skin areas (protection & comfort).
• Glycerin is a classic humectant that increases water content in the stratum corneum and improves skin hydration (hydration).

Usage
