Finely ground star anise and sea salt provide gentle mechanical exfoliation, while mango and passion fruit extracts complement the cleansing process with fruit-based enzymes. Rahua, morete, and sacha inchi oils supply the hair and scalp with valuable lipids, keeping the lengths smooth and conditioned despite the deep cleanse.

Mango and passion fruit extracts add fruit acids, sugars, and antioxidant plant compounds to the formula. They support a well-conditioned scalp environment and help retain moisture in the hair. Rahua oil conditions the lengths, leaving them smooth and supporting natural shine, while sacha inchi and morete oils complement the formula with valuable fatty acids.

Active ingredients

• Rahua (Ungurahua): Women in the Amazon region have used the oil from this tree nut for centuries to care for and strengthen their hair. It strengthens weak and damaged hair, nourishes and maintains the health of the hair follicles and scalp, and its superfine molecules penetrate deep into the hair shaft’s color pigmentation, significantly extending color retention. The skin benefits from its generous supply of omega-9 fatty acids, which firm and soothe and restore the scalp’s natural moisture balance. Rahua uses exclusively Symbiotic® Ungurahua.
• Coconut betaine: Gently and effectively removes dirt and excess oil from the hair without disrupting the hair’s balance or moisture levels.
• Passion fruit seed oil/extract (Passiflora Edulis Seed Oil/Extract) is an exceptional emollient, rich in vitamin A and essential fatty acids. Although passion flower is highly moisturizing, it has a lightweight, non-greasy texture that absorbs wonderfully into the skin and hair.
• Aloe vera extract/juice (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract / Juice) provides natural moisture, prevents skin from drying out, and strengthens the natural skin barrier. Aloe vera contains vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and essential amino acids. It supplies skin and hair with oxygen and is considered effective in supporting cell renewal. It binds moisture, has a cooling, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial effect.
• Buriti oil (also known as morete oil) is obtained from the fruits of the buriti palm (Mauritia vinifera / Mauritia flexuosa), which is primarily found in Brazil. Buriti oil is characterized by a high concentration of oleic acid, tocopherols (vitamin precursors), provitamin A, and carotenoids, particularly a very high proportion of beta-carotene (five times that of carrots). The nourishing oil has powerful antioxidant properties, supports cell regeneration, and provides light natural protection against UV rays. This potent anti-aging oil conditions the skin and hair and may help normalize sebum production.
• Sea salt has disinfecting and detoxifying properties, removes residue from care and styling products, and frees the scalp from buildup and dead skin cells. It removes excess sebum from oily hair. A gentle exfoliating effect promotes circulation and stimulates hair growth. Minerals strengthen the hair.
• Sacha inchi is a rare type of nut grown mainly in South America. The fruit is exceptionally rich in omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants, including vitamins A and E. Sacha inchi helps retain moisture in the skin and hair and soothes inflamed and itchy scalps. Its cell-activating effect provides a natural anti-aging benefit; sacha inchi improves skin firmness, softens fine lines, and may reduce pigmentation spots. Rahua uses Symbiotic® Sacha Inchi.
• Organic mango sugar: This juicy tropical fruit contains sugars that bind oil proteins to the hair to optimize moisturization. Its subtle scent is irresistibly exotic.
• Star anise: the evergreen seed, with its spicy scent, has antimicrobial properties and supports a healthy scalp microbiome.
