Velvety cleansing balm with lemon myrtle, sandalwood, camellia oil and cocoa butter.

This gentle balm is anything but lightweight: the Cleansing Oil Balm thoroughly removes impurities and makeup. The slightly astringent Australian lemon myrtle cleanses the pores, orange oil regulates sebum production, and antibacterial sandalwood prevents irritation and soothes inflammation.

Application

Use daily in the morning and evening to thoroughly remove makeup and prevent impurities.
Gently massage a fingertip-sized amount into your face, then rinse with warm water.

We carefully process and pack your order at our warehouse in Reutlingen. Orders are usually processed within 48 hours. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. After handover to DHL, delivery within Germany usually takes 1–3 business days.

Shipping costs €4.95; orders over €60 ship free within Germany.

We ship international orders with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium, depending on the destination country and parcel size. Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on the destination country, the selected shipping method, and customs processing.

Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we can provide a return label for €5.95 upon request. Returns from abroad must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

We carefully pack your order at our warehouse in Reutlingen. Our shipping boxes and greeting cards are made from recycled paper. We use packing peanuts made from cornstarch instead of Styrofoam as filler. Our paper-based packing tape can also be disposed of with waste paper.
