Usage

Place the reed sticks into the glass container and pour the fragrance from the bottle into the container.
Allow the reeds to absorb the scent for a few hours, then flip them over. Flip the sticks at least twice a week to refresh the fragrance.
For optimal scent experience, place the diffuser in a smaller room. The diffuser is carefully made with high-quality oils and is alcohol-free.
Fragrance lasts approx. 3-4 months
Warning: May cause an allergic skin reaction. Causes serious eye irritation. Harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with clear water. In case of skin contact, wash with plenty of water and soap.

We carefully process and pack your order at our warehouse in Reutlingen. Orders are usually processed within 48 hours. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. After handover to DHL, delivery within Germany usually takes 1–3 business days.

Shipping costs €4.95; orders over €60 ship free within Germany.

We ship international orders with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium, depending on the destination country and parcel size. Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on the destination country, the selected shipping method, and customs processing.

Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we can provide a return label for €5.95 upon request. Returns from abroad must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

We carefully pack your order at our warehouse in Reutlingen. Our shipping boxes and greeting cards are made from recycled paper. We use packing peanuts made from cornstarch instead of Styrofoam as filler. Our paper-based packing tape can also be disposed of with waste paper.
