The Conditioning Balm The Onsen by AKT London nourishes the skin from head to toe and leaves a pleasant feeling on the skin. The formula combines microbiome-balancing prebiotics with moisturising Olive Squalane and brightening Lactic Acid. Antioxidants also protect the skin from environmental influences.

Fragrance profile: SC.03 The Onson - Steam dances over the hot thermal spring, infused with the scent of Japanese citrus fruits, lavender and cool mint. Then spicy nuances of mountain pepper and clove unfold - and finally the fragrance lingers in a warm base of Japanese cedarwood, vetiver and earthy depth.

The rich texture absorbs gently, leaves the skin feeling smooth and cared for, and ensures visibly more revitalised skin.

AKT London was founded by Ed Currie and Andy Coxon, two former West End performers who met during a show in 2015. Their daily life on stage was extremely demanding, and conventional deodorants could not meet their needs. Drawing on this experience, they developed the Deodorant Balm after three years of research. The brand stands for naturalness, sustainability and inclusivity - all products are vegan, gender-free and packaged without plastic.

How to use

Pierce the seal of the tube with The Assistant or a pin.
Ideally apply to dry, freshly cleansed skin. The matching Body Wash Concentrate is recommended for cleansing.
Massage the Body Conditioning Balm generously into the skin. Do not forget your elbows and knees.

We carefully process and pack your order at our warehouse in Reutlingen. Orders are usually processed within 48 hours. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. After handover to DHL, delivery within Germany usually takes 1–3 business days.

Shipping costs €4.95; orders over €60 ship free within Germany.

We ship international orders with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium, depending on the destination country and parcel size. Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on the destination country, the selected shipping method, and customs processing.

Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we can provide a return label for €5.95 upon request. Returns from abroad must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

We carefully pack your order at our warehouse in Reutlingen. Our shipping boxes and greeting cards are made from recycled paper. We use packing peanuts made from cornstarch instead of Styrofoam as filler. Our paper-based packing tape can also be disposed of with waste paper.
