The deodorant comes in a 50 ml tube and lasts about 6–8 weeks with normal use. After cleansing and patting your skin dry, a pea-sized amount is enough - simply apply and gently massage in until the balm transforms into an invisible powder.

AKT London was founded by Ed Currie and Andy Coxon, two former West End performers who met at a show in 2015. Their day-to-day lives on stage were extremely demanding, and conventional deodorants couldn't meet their needs. Drawing on this personal experience, they developed their deodorant line. Apply a small amount to freshly cleansed underarms once a day. One tube lasts about 6-8 weeks. A pea-sized amount is enough.

Does the deodorant prevent sweating?

No, AKT doesn’t block sweat glands, as it contains no aluminum. The Deo-Barrier Complex™ absorbs sweat, so you feel dry and fresh all day. You may sweat more at first when switching from conventional deodorants – this is normal and subsides after a few days to a few weeks.

What is a natural deodorant?

Natural deodorants like AKT’s Deodorant Balm absorb sweat with powders like arrowroot and neutralize odors with essential oils, without blocking pores with aluminum or chemicals.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

AKT deodorants are natural and vegan. If you have sensitive skin, you should check the ingredients. There is also an unscented version (SC.00 No Notes). All the others contain essential oils, which can occasionally irritate sensitive skin. Rarely, people also react to the small amount of baking soda they contain. Stop using the product if you experience a skin reaction.
