How to use
- Sharpen the eye pencil to a rounded point (not too sharp) for precise application.
- First apply a base eyeshadow or lightly powder the eyelid beforehand to absorb oil and mattify the lid.
- To apply the pencil on the upper eyelid, make dots along the lash line where the lashes meet the skin.
Then connect the dots along the eyelid in a curved line. - For a smudged effect, use an eye brush to blur the edges.
- Make one or more layered lines to achieve a darker look.
- For the lower eyelid, apply as close as possible to the lashes on the inner lash line.
