The concentrated blend of organic oils and Ayurvedic herbs is a pure treat for the skin, supplying it with all the essential nutrients, vitamins, antioxidants, fatty acids, and phytonutrients. Every ingredient was carefully selected to strengthen the skin barrier, accelerate skin regeneration, and promote radiance and overall skin health.

Good to know: Linoleic acid strengthens the skin barrier by building the intercellular lipid complex, thereby preventing transepidermal water loss and the penetration of microorganisms. These lipids also maintain our stratum corneum, the first line of defense against external damage. A weakened lipid complex leads to an altered and disrupted skin barrier that is susceptible to the penetration of microorganisms through irritants and allergens, which in turn leads to excessive inflammation. This is seen in psoriasis, eczema, and atopic dermatitis. Natural oils are excellent for topical use to support linoleic acid levels and skin barrier repair. Neroli Body Oil contains more than 10 organic oils with a high linoleic acid content.

Key active ingredients

Sunflower, grapeseed, hemp, and chia seed oils provide a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids, especially linoleic acid. They complement the lipids in the skin barrier, make dry and rough skin feel smoother, and help reduce moisture loss. Sunflower oil in particular has been well studied for its barrier-supporting effects, making it especially suitable for dry, tight, or environmentally stressed body skin.
Evening primrose and oat oils support the care of dry or weakened skin barriers. Evening primrose oil is rich in linoleic acid and gamma-linolenic acid; positive effects on barrier function have been studied in topical formulations. In addition to fatty acids, oat lipids contain phytoceramides and other polar lipids that fit particularly well into barrier-focused body care.
Camellia, jojoba, argan, and rosehip oils, along with squalane complement the formula with emollient lipids and varied fatty acid profiles. They smooth rough skin surfaces, improve elasticity, and help keep the skin soft and well cared for. Human data are also available for topically applied argan oil, showing improvements in various elasticity parameters.
Sea buckthorn fruit oil is rich in carotenoids, tocopherols, and characteristic fatty acids, adding an extra antioxidant focus to the oil blend. It supports the care of dry, mature, or sun- and environmentally stressed skin and contributes to a smoother, more vital-looking complexion.
Chamomile and calendula complement the rich lipid care with soothing plant compounds. Both have traditionally been used for sensitive and stressed skin; topical chamomile preparations in particular also have clinical evidence of soothing and inflammation-modulating properties. This makes the herbal combination especially suitable for skin that quickly becomes dry or uncomfortably tight after showering, sun exposure, cold, or friction.
Ashwagandha, green tea, amla, and tulsi provide polyphenols and other antioxidant plant compounds that help protect the skin from oxidative stress. Ashwagandha has also been studied topically: a randomized, placebo-controlled human study of a lotion containing ashwagandha showed improvements in moisture, elasticity, and skin appearance, among other benefits. Together with green tea and the Ayurvedic plant extracts, it complements the lipid-rich care especially well for skin that looks tired or stressed.
Vitamin E protects skin lipids from oxidative processes while also helping stabilize the numerous unsaturated plant oils in the formulation. It thus rounds out both the antioxidant and barrier-supporting focus of the body oil.

Directions

Apply a generous amount to freshly cleansed skin and massage in circular motions until absorbed.
For best results, use regularly.
Ideal after showering or bathing, while the skin is still slightly damp and softened.

Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.

We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
