Can I use this brush on my face? No, we do not recommend using this brush on the face, as facial skin is more prone to irritation. The Body Brush is intended for your dry brushing routine in the morning and should only be used on the body.

How firmly should I brush? Just firm enough that it doesn’t hurt. Over time, the skin becomes less sensitive and you can increase the intensity. The skin should be well circulated and slightly reddened afterward. Brushing should not be painful.

When and how often should I use the Body Brush? Dry brushing provides an energy boost. It’s best to use it in the morning to start your day feeling fit and full of energy! Start with 1–3 sessions per week to avoid irritating the skin, then you can increase the frequency.

Is dry brushing suitable for everyone? Simply avoid brushing areas with minor skin injuries. Those with eczema, atopic dermatitis, or other skin conditions should not brush their skin. Caution is also advised with varicose veins and a strong tendency to spider veins. Please consult your dermatologist first in these cases.

Usage

• Here is your optimal care routine with the Body Brush
• 1. Legs
• The basic rule for dry brushing is: always brush toward the heart. Start at the feet and brush the legs in long, firm strokes from bottom to top, always stroking from the feet toward the buttocks. Apply just enough pressure so it doesn’t hurt, but the skin may appear slightly reddened.
• 2. Arms
• Start at the fingertips and brush the arms upward, always toward the heart. Reduce pressure on sensitive skin areas accordingly.
• 3. Abdomen
• Brush the chest and abdomen in circular motions, always clockwise. Reduce the intensity of the strokes slightly, as these areas are very sensitive.
• 4. Cleaning
• After each use, tap the brush to remove skin flakes. The brush is not suitable for cleaning with water. Do not store the brush near heat sources (radiators) and keep it in a dry place.
