Application

• Apply a thin layer 1-2 times daily or as needed to the lower abdomen and gently massage in circular motions for 2 minutes.
• If needed, also apply to the lower back.

• Self-Care Step 2: Breathe in and out deeply.

• Self-Care Step 4: Apply the cream with light massage movements to the lower abdomen and, if needed, also to the lower back for at least 2 minutes. Active Ingredients

• Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil) – The high content of fatty acids makes the skin soft, supple, and resilient. The oil has antibacterial properties, absorbs quickly, and contains vitamins B, E, minerals, and beta-carotene (provitamin A). It strengthens cell development and renewal, combats skin aging, and reinforces the skin’s natural protective barrier. Also very suitable for hair and scalp care. By the way, jojoba oil is technically not an oil but a plant wax.
• St. John’s Wort (Hypericum Perforatum Extract) has soothing, relaxing, healing, and antiseptic properties. It is very well tolerated, promotes regeneration of the upper skin layer, and refines the skin’s appearance. It has long been valued for its mood-enhancing and balancing effects. Also good for hair care.
• Chasteberry – As a herbal remedy for menstrual discomfort and pain, chasteberry (also called Vitex agnus-castus) has a long tradition. Used in ancient Greece to increase fertility, chasteberry is also frequently mentioned as gentle support during menstruation. This is mainly due to its ability to regulate the hormonal balance. It is also said to have soothing, antibiotic, and anti-inflammatory effects.
  
• The mystical substance frankincense (Boswellia Carterii Resin Extract/Oil) is familiar to most by its scent. Frankincense oil or extract is obtained from the resin of the Boswellia tree and has been used in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. Frankincense is considered an anti-inflammatory agent with over 200 active substances. Boswellic acid exerts its calming and anti-inflammatory effects especially on impure skin, atopic dermatitis, or rosacea-prone skin.
• Shea Butter (Butyrospermum Parkii Nut Butter) is obtained from the fruit of the karité tree. Shea butter has a long tradition as a care and healing agent. Rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, and beta-carotene, the butter protects against environmental stress, binds moisture, fights free radicals, promotes cell regeneration, and makes skin and hair soft and supple.
• Grape Seed Oil (Vitis Vinifera Seed Oil) has a high content of linoleic acid and vitamins E and K. It is considered an oil with exceptionally strong antioxidant and cell-protective properties. The oil promotes skin elasticity, has anti-inflammatory properties, and regulates sebum production.
• Coconut Oil (Cocos Nucifera Oil) protects the skin from damage caused by free radicals and premature skin aging. Its high lauric acid content gives the oil its antifungal and antibacterial properties. Coconut oil is comedogenic but still helps against impurities and is suitable for acne-prone and sensitive skin. It moisturizes and makes the skin supple.
• Ginger (Zingiber Officinale Oil) is rich in vitamin C and contains a variety of trace elements such as magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium, sodium, and phosphorus. Ginger has antibacterial and clarifying effects, stimulates microcirculation in the vessels, and promotes a fresher, healthier, and radiant complexion.
• Capsaicin is derived from the fruits of Capsicum plants, known as paprika or chili peppers. Applied to the skin, the active ingredient produces a pain-relieving effect and indirectly a warming sensation. Its circulation-promoting properties can help relieve cramps.
• Essential Sandalwood Oil (Santalum Spicatum Wood Oil) has disinfectant, antiseptic effects and combats acne-causing bacteria. Its astringent effect makes large pores appear smaller and can regulate sebum production. It is also said to be mildly aphrodisiac and mood-enhancing. It emits a warm scent that makes you feel at home.
