Active Ingredients

• Rahua (Ungurahua): Women in the Amazon region have used the oil of this tree nut for many centuries to care for and strengthen their hair. It strengthens weak and damaged hair, nourishes and maintains the health of hair follicles and scalp, and its ultra-fine molecules penetrate the color pigmentation deep into the hair shaft, significantly extending color retention. The skin benefits from its generous supply of omega-9 fatty acids, which firm and soothe and restore the scalp’s natural moisture balance.
• Betaine (Betaine, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Trimethylglycine, Glycine Betaine) is a natural amino acid derivative obtained from molasses (e.g., sugar beet). Depending on its form, betaine is used in skincare or as a surfactant. In skincare, betaine acts as a conditioner, soothes irritation, and protects against dryness. It has strong moisturizing properties. In cleansing products, it stabilizes foam; as an additive in shampoos and conditioners, it strengthens hair, adds volume, and improves hair grip.
• Coco-Betaine is a surfactant. It is made from coconut fat and sugar beet, two renewable, natural raw materials. The coconut provides the necessary coconut fatty acid amides, and betaine needed for the gentle surfactant is extracted from the dark brown molasses of the sugar beet, a byproduct of sugar production.
• Sacha Inchi is a rare nut species mainly cultivated in South America. The fruit is exceptionally rich in omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants, including vitamins A and E. Sacha Inchi retains moisture in the skin and hair and soothes inflamed and itchy scalp. Its cell-activating effect provides a natural anti-aging effect, improves skin firmness, reduces fine lines, and can diminish pigmentation spots.
• Kaolin is also known as white clay or porcelain clay. The grain size of kaolin is much finer than other healing clays. It is very well tolerated and therefore suitable for thin and sensitive skin. Kaolin is especially known for its strong absorption capacity. When applied to the skin, this healing clay can bind sebum, dirt, and environmental toxins very well and cleanse pores of impurities. The gentle abrasive effect of the fine powder also helps to remove dead and hardened skin cells. Particularly oily and impure skin benefits from its use. As a bonus, nourishing minerals from the clay are transferred to the skin. The term “kaolin” originates from China. The clay was named after the Chinese location Gao-Ling, the oldest known site where the clay was found.
• Indian Pennywort / Tiger Grass / Gotu Kola (Centella Asiatica Extract) – In Ayurvedic medicine, Indian pennywort is also called “Tiger Grass” and is one of the most important medicinal plants. Legend has it that wounded tigers roll in the leaves of the plant to heal wounds better. Tiger grass has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and regenerative effects on the skin. The plant promotes wound healing and collagen production. It is especially effective for mature skin care as it stimulates blood circulation.
• Pomegranate Seed Oil (Punica Granatum Seed Oil) contains the rare omega-5 fatty acids (punicic acid). These fatty acids have strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. The oil supports the fight against free radicals and premature skin aging, can reduce age spots, and promotes collagen synthesis, thus aiding skin regeneration and repair. Furthermore, the oil contains secondary plant compounds such as flavonoids, polyphenols, and phytosterols, all of which have strong regenerative effects.
• Guava is rich in vitamin C, antioxidants (lycopene), and carotenoids. It fights free radicals, improves skin texture, and makes the skin look radiant and fresh.
• Guayusa (Ilex Guayusa) is rich in antioxidants that minimize damage from free radicals. It also contains a lot of vitamin B, which supports healthy hair.
• Buriti Oil (also called Morete) is extracted from the fruits of the buriti palm (Mauritia vinifera / Mauritia flexuosa), mainly found in Brazil. Buriti oil is characterized by a high concentration of oleic acid, tocopherols (vitamin precursors), provitamin A, and carotenoids, especially a very high content of beta-carotene (five times that of carrots). This nourishing oil has strong antioxidant properties, supports cell regeneration, and offers light natural protection against UV rays. The potent anti-aging oil cares for skin and hair and can normalize sebum production.
