Founding Story of Manucurist Paris

Manucurist is a story of women and family. The mother of founder Gaëlle Lebrat Personnaz opened her nail care salon “Manucurist” in Paris in 1996. As a little girl, Gaëlle immersed herself in this world and listened to many conversations between clients and her mother. They often shared common concerns: too little time to take care of themselves, disappointments with traditional nail polishes, nail damage from applying and removing semi-permanent gel polishes, or questionable ingredients. After several positions at famous fashion houses, Gaëlle took over the family business with the ambitious goal of bringing an ecological and health-conscious revolution to the nail polish industry.
