Key active ingredients

• Henna, indigo, madder root & catechu: The plant pigments form the color foundation of Spicy Ginger. Depending on the starting hair color, they create radiant copper tones through to deep mahogany with lively, natural-looking highlights. The pigments adhere to the hair fiber, giving it intense color depth and shine.
• Acacia gum & lecithin: The plant-based polysaccharide-lipid complex supports the even distribution and adhesion of the color pigments. At the same time, it nourishes the hair fiber, improves the hair's feel, and contributes to greater softness and shine.
• Tara & sunflower sprouts: The antioxidant plant complex supports the resilience of stressed hair fibers and helps protect colored hair from external stressors. Hair appears smoother and stronger, and the color looks more brilliant.
• Tremella, aloe vera & marshmallow: Water-binding polysaccharides help retain moisture in the hair and balance the intensive plant coloring with softening care. Particularly dry or porous lengths feel softer and are easier to comb.
• Amla, shikakai, moringa & rose hip: The botanical extracts complement the color formula with antioxidant and hair-care plant compounds. They support a vital, well-groomed appearance and give dull hair additional shine.

Application

• Before coloring, wash your hair thoroughly with a silicone-free shampoo. Do not use conditioner or a hair treatment afterward so that the plant pigments can adhere optimally to the hair.
• Shake the color container vigorously before use so that the plant powders mix evenly.
• Mix 25 g of color powder with approx. 55 ml of water heated to 75 °C in a non-metallic bowl to form a smooth, creamy paste. Adjust the ratio accordingly depending on the amount of color required.
• Allow the mixture to cool to a comfortable temperature, then quickly apply it section by section to towel-dried hair.
• Depending on the desired color intensity, leave on for 20–60 minutes. The longer the processing time, the more intensely the shade develops. Cover the hair with a coloring cap throughout the entire processing time.
• For root coloring, first color the roots and distribute the remaining mixture through the lengths and ends only about 15 minutes before the end of the processing time. For full coloring of gray hair, apply the color evenly from the roots to the ends.
• Then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until the water runs clear. Do not use shampoo immediately afterward. If needed, finish with a silicone-free conditioner or hair mask.
• For bleached, chemically treated, or highly porous hair, or if you are unsure about the color result, we recommend performing a strand test beforehand.
• Use only on intact scalp, do not inhale powder dust, and avoid contact with the eyes.
