• Ginger and capsicum extract give The Hug its warming, activating character. How to use

• Place a hazelnut-sized amount of The Hug in the palms of your hands and warm it briefly. Inhale the scent mindfully, then apply the cream to the lower abdomen or lower back.
• Massage in with slow, circular movements for at least two minutes. The pressure may be pleasantly firm, but should never become uncomfortable. Use once or twice daily as needed, or during PMS and menstruation.
• Avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes, and irritated skin. Wash your hands after use. Not formulated for children's skin. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, and if you have sensitive skin or a known sensitivity to essential oils, St. John's wort, capsicum, or fragrances, test carefully or consult a doctor.
