Usage
- Find a nice spot for your Evening Gold scented candle – away from drafts. Let the candle burn until the entire surface is liquid. Give it time – this is how the scent unfolds best. Trim the wick regularly.
- Refilling: Press the refill candle out of the cup and place it into the cleaned jar. The jar is dishwasher safe and the label can be easily removed. Only for original Looops candle jars with master mark on the bottom.
- Candle care tips
- When lighting for the first time, give the candle time and let it burn until the entire surface is liquid. This prevents a wax tunnel from forming around the wick.
- Let the scented candles burn for at least two hours but no more than four hours. It burns more evenly and releases its scent consistently throughout the burn time.
- To extinguish, briefly dip the wick into the liquid wax. This prevents smoke and the scent lasts longer. Then straighten the wick again.
- Trim the wick to about 5 millimeters before each lighting. This keeps the flame at the optimal size and your candle will burn longer.
- The lid protects the candle from dirt. As a coaster, it keeps heat away from surfaces.
- Cleaning tips
Clean the jar by hand with warm water and a grease-dissolving dish soap. If the wick base does not come off by itself, pour about 70-degree Celsius hot water into the jar. After some time, it should come off easily. The label can also be easily removed with some warm water.

For our scented candles, we blend the finest natural waxes, such as soy wax and rapeseed wax. This combines the best burning and fragrance properties for our candles. And we consciously avoid common petroleum-based candle raw materials for the sake of ourselves and the environment.

We carefully process and package your order in our warehouse in Reutlingen. Processing usually takes within 48 hours. As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. After handover to DHL, the shipping time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.
The shipping costs 4.95€; for orders over 60€, we offer free shipping within Germany.
International orders are shipped depending on the destination country and package size with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium. The available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Shipping time depends on the destination country, chosen shipping method, and customs clearance.
Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.
We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
