MÁDARA Cleansing Balm transforms daily facial cleansing into a soothing skincare ritual. The nourishing cleansing balm thoroughly removes even long-wear makeup, water-resistant sunscreen, and the day's residue - without drying out the skin or compromising its natural protective barrier.

Rich almond oil and evening primrose oil provide valuable fatty acids that keep the skin supple and support its natural lipid barrier. Squalane leaves the skin feeling smooth and silky, while bisabolol soothes the skin and helps promote a balanced complexion. The harmonious combination of these ingredients makes the Cleansing Balm especially pleasant for skin that should feel not only clean after cleansing, but also cared for and relaxed.

When massaged in, the smooth balm texture melts into a silky oil that gently dissolves dirt, excess sebum, and makeup. How to use

Massage the Cleansing Balm into dry or slightly damp facial skin. The warmth of the skin transforms the solid texture into a smooth oil that reliably dissolves makeup, sunscreen, and dirt.
Then rinse thoroughly with warm water. For particularly thorough cleansing, we recommend following with a water-based cleanser as the second step of your double cleansing routine.

We carefully process and package your order in our warehouse in Reutlingen. Processing usually takes within 48 hours. As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. After handover to DHL, the shipping time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.

The shipping costs 4.95€; for orders over 60€, we offer free shipping within Germany.

International orders are shipped depending on the destination country and package size with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium. The available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Shipping time depends on the destination country, chosen shipping method, and customs clearance.

Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.

We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
