The Refreshing Foot Balm from TEAM DR JOSEPH combines intensive care with a pleasantly fresh feeling on the skin. The lightweight cream moisturizes dry and stressed feet, absorbs quickly, and leaves no greasy or sticky film.

Shea butter, olive oil, and glycerin soften and smooth rough skin. Allantoin and comfrey soothe and support a comfortable feeling on the skin, while zinc oxide complements the formula and protects particularly stressed skin.

The refreshing effect is provided by menthol, peppermint, sage, thyme, and Scots pine. This aromatic combination has a pleasantly invigorating effect while also supporting the deodorizing effect of the foot cream—ideal after a long day, after exercise, or when feet tend to become warm and uncomfortable quickly.

We particularly like that, despite its nourishing base, the balm remains very light and absorbs quickly. This makes it easy to use every day without having to wait long before putting on socks or shoes.

Key active ingredients

Shea Butter, Olive Oil & Glycerin – Provide dry, rough foot skin with moisture and lipids and help restore its softness and smoothness. Despite its nourishing base, the texture remains pleasantly light.
Allantoin, Comfrey & Zinc Oxide – Allantoin and comfrey support soothed, cared-for skin and are well suited to particularly stressed areas. Zinc oxide complements the formula with protective and skin-soothing properties.
Menthol, Peppermint, Sage & Thyme – Menthol and peppermint provide an immediately fresh, invigorating feeling on the skin. Sage and thyme support the cream’s deodorizing character and, together with Scots pine, give it a clear, fresh herbal fragrance.

How to use

Apply to clean, dry feet as needed.
Massage in gently, especially on dry and stressed areas.
Suitable for daily use.
Very pleasant in the evening, after exercise, or following long days on your feet.
For particularly dry heels, apply a more generous layer and leave on overnight.

Yes. The Refreshing Foot Balm is specifically designed for daily foot care and can also be used several times a day as needed.

We carefully process and package your order in our warehouse in Reutlingen. Processing usually takes within 48 hours. As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. After handover to DHL, the shipping time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.

The shipping costs 4.95€; for orders over 60€, we offer free shipping within Germany.

International orders are shipped depending on the destination country and package size with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium. The available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Shipping time depends on the destination country, chosen shipping method, and customs clearance.

Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.

We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
