- CRYOTHERAPY
- Chilled, the Chill Wands reduce inflammation, eliminate swelling, stimulate cell renewal and lymphatic function, and firm and tighten the skin’s appearance.
- Cryotherapy can be applied targeted. It promotes nutrient absorption and more intensive detoxification of toxins.
- Can be used ice cold (freezer) or chilled (refrigerator).
- THERMOTHERAPY
- When used warm, the facial tools enhance the absorption and availability of active ingredients from masks, serums, and oils. Especially before bedtime, they create deep calm and relaxation.
- Wrap the Chill Wands in a towel and place in a warm spot to warm them up.
Application
- Always use the Chill Wands on a cleansed face. Apply toner and facial oil before use. This allows the beauty tool to glide smoothly over the skin.
- Start in the middle of the forehead and roll both rods toward the temples.
- Treat tired eyes and reduce puffiness by guiding the ends of the tool from the inner corners of the eyes over the eyelids toward the temples. Then continue with circular motions upward and around the eyes/eyebrows.
- Contour the eyebrows by gliding the rounded side over the brow arches outward to the temples, gently lifting them.
- To firm the cheeks, glide the rods from the sides of the nose outward toward the ears.
- Release jaw tension by guiding the tools from the corners of the mouth to the ears.
- To properly activate lymph flow, guide the Chill Wands from the center of the chin along the jawline toward the ears. Finish by stroking the neck in long motions with the tools.
- Perform each movement 10 times.
- Note: Use the Chill Wands frozen (freezer), chilled (refrigerator), or warm. To warm the Chill Wands, use a heating pad or wrap them in a towel and place in a warm spot. Do not warm the Chill Wands in the oven or microwave.
- Cleaning: Clean the Chill Wands after each use with a mild soap and some water. Then dry thoroughly and store in the supplied box.

As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. After handover to DHL, the shipping time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.
The shipping costs 4.95€; for orders over 60€, we offer free shipping within Germany.
International orders are shipped depending on the destination country and package size with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium. The available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Shipping time depends on the destination country, chosen shipping method, and customs clearance.
Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.
We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
