Active ingredients

• Buriti oil (also called Morete) is extracted from the fruits of the Buriti palm (Mauritia vinifera / Mauritia flexuosa), mainly found in Brazil. Buriti oil is characterized by a high concentration of oleic acid, tocopherols (vitamin precursors), provitamin A, and carotenoids, especially a very high amount of beta-carotene (5 times that of carrots). This nourishing oil has strong antioxidant properties, supports cell regeneration, and offers light natural protection against UV rays. The potent anti-aging oil cares for skin and hair and can normalize sebum production.
• Rahua (Ungurahua): Women in the Amazon region have used the oil of this tree nut for centuries to care for and strengthen their hair. It strengthens weak and damaged hair, nourishes and maintains the health of hair follicles and scalp, and its ultra-fine molecules penetrate the color pigmentation deep into the hair shaft, significantly extending color retention. The skin benefits from its generous supply of omega-9 fatty acids, which firm and soothe and restore the scalp’s natural moisture balance. Rahua uses Symbiotic® Ungurahua.
• Guayusa (Ilex Guayusa) is rich in antioxidants that minimize damage from free radicals. It also contains a lot of vitamin B, which supports healthy hair.
• Coconut betaine: Gently and effectively removes dirt and excess oil from hair without damaging hair balance and moisture levels.
• Aloe Vera extract/juice (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract / Juice) provides natural moisture, prevents skin dryness, and strengthens the natural skin barrier. Aloe Vera contains vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and essential amino acids. It supplies oxygen to skin and hair and is considered effective in supporting cell renewal. It binds moisture, has cooling, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial effects.
• Hydrolyzed quinoa – Known by the ancient Incas as the “mother of all grains,” this gluten-free superfood revitalizes skin and hair. Rich in vitamins and high in amino acids, it inhibits collagen breakdown, supports connective tissue, promotes healing and moisture retention, and reduces signs of fatigue.
• Witch Hazel (Hamamelis Virginiana Leaf Extract) – Witch hazel leaf extract is made from the leaves and bark of the shrub. It supports the removal of excess oil, is anti-inflammatory, and balances the skin’s pH. Known to reduce acne and tighten skin. Natural healing properties for a clearer complexion.
• Sacha Inchi is a rare nut species mainly grown in South America. The fruit is exceptionally rich in omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants, including vitamins A and E. Sacha Inchi retains moisture in skin and hair and soothes inflamed and itchy scalp. Its cell-activating effect provides a natural anti-aging effect, improves skin firmness, softens fine lines, and can reduce pigmentation spots.
• Calendula (Calendula Officinalis Flower Oil / Extract) from the daisy family is especially known for its anti-inflammatory, soothing, and wound-healing effects. It also promotes collagen formation and helps produce new tissue (an important process in wound healing), and carotenoids strengthen the skin’s protective barrier. Very well tolerated, also suitable for baby skin. Secondary plant substances, so-called flavonoids, act as antioxidants and protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals.
• Alfalfa (Medicago Sativa Seed Extract) – rich in minerals, trace elements, vitamins, and amino acids, the resilient alfalfa has skin-firming, detoxifying, and brightening properties. It supports the body’s water balance and promotes cell regeneration. The name alfalfa means “father of all food.”
