   These three plants are among the best-known traditional adaptogens. Maca has been used in the Andes for centuries as a nutrient-rich root associated with strength and endurance. Ashwagandha has a long tradition in Ayurveda, while astragalus has a long tradition in Chinese herbal practices—both are particularly valued there during periods of physical and mental demands.
2. Mesquite, Hemp & Chia
   Mesquite is a traditional food of Central and South America and naturally provides fiber, plant-based protein, and minerals. Hemp and chia seeds complement the blend with plant-based protein, polyunsaturated fatty acids, and soluble fiber—a nutrient-rich foundation for a daily mix.
3. Burdock Root & Slippery Elm Bark
