Facial cupping or suction massage is simple and takes only a few minutes. Apply a few drops of facial oil to the cleansed face, let the cup suction on, and gently pull from the center of the face outward or from bottom to top. Give it a try!

Application
- Preparation: Thoroughly cleanse the face and apply a facial oil.
- Now squeeze the cup, let it suction onto the skin, and gently stroke from inside to outside or from bottom to top.
- Eyes: Place the small cup under the eyes and glide towards the temples.
- Cheeks and chin: Use the large cup starting at the chin and stroke upwards towards the hairline. Move up to the mouth and nose, then glide finally towards the ears.
- Forehead: Place the large cup in the middle of the forehead and stroke horizontally towards the temples.
- Cleaning & care: Wipe the cups with a damp cloth and let dry. Do not immerse the cups in water.
