Make-up with Skincare Benefits: Why Your Foundation Is Just as Good as a Serum

Until a few decades ago, natural cosmetic makeup often required compromises. Coverage was limited, textures dull, and colors lacked nuance. Today, this is very different – thanks to technical innovations, natural cosmetic makeup merges with the benefits of modern skincare and matches conventional products in performance. You don’t have to compromise on coverage either: even high coverage foundations contain nourishing ingredients and oils that keep the skin supple. Additionally, many foundations today offer built-in sun protection (SPF), which reliably protects the skin from UV damage.

Concealers are no longer just for covering dark circles, blemishes, and redness. Innovative formulas combine makeup with active ingredients also found in eye care, such as the ingredient Tightenyl, a plant-based alternative to retinol.
