The Bamboo Facial Soap with bamboo leaf powder is ideal for normal and mature skin. The high silica (silicon dioxide) content in the bamboo plant helps the skin retain moisture and thus strengthens skin elasticity.

This moisture-regulating soap from Binu also contains virgin coconut oil, olive oil, honey, and shea butter. It smooths and nourishes the skin. The essential oils of peppermint, ylang ylang, and lemongrass soothe the skin and can help with acne.
Usage
- Ideal for daily facial cleansing.
- Lather the soap well and wash the face with the foam.
- Then rinse the face thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
- The soap is also very suitable for body care and as an antibacterial shaving soap.
- Continue facial care with a serum, a natural facial oil, moisturizer, care for the eyes, lip care or night care.
Active Ingredients
- Olive oil was already used in ancient Greece to care for dry skin. It is considered to promote circulation and stimulate. Olive oil has a high oleic acid content, which provides a protective and moisturizing function. The oil leaves a light film and is absorbed gradually by the skin. Therefore, it is excellent for dry and rough skin. Olive oil is one of our base oils for soap production.
- Shea butter is obtained from the nut of the karité tree. The rich butter cares for the skin through its re-fatting, soothing, and smoothing properties. Therefore, the butter is recommended for dry and stressed skin. Shea butter is a consistency agent for the mild Binu soaps.
- Peppermint oil is recommended for sensitive skin and skin problems. Its antibacterial effect has been experimentally proven. BINU Bamboo Facial Soap contains essential peppermint oil.
- Ylang ylang oil is extracted from the flowers of the tropical tree. It is recommended for dry and mature skin. Essential ylang ylang oil is found in our bamboo facial soap.
- Coconut oil – also called coconut fat due to its solid consistency below 23 °C – is obtained from the flesh of the coconut. Coconut oil is very rich in lauric acid and saturated fatty acids. Lauric acid has a strong antimicrobial effect. The oil absorbs quickly and superficially while providing good re-fatting. Coconut oil is one of our base oils for all BINU soaps.
- Lemongrass oil has a refreshing and pleasant scent, acts antiseptically, and is an effective oil against skin impurities. It is included in our Bamboo Facial Soap.
- The high sugar content of honey acts as a moisture binder. The result can be a fresher appearance of the skin and reduced wrinkles. Honey is an ingredient in our Bamboo Facial Soap.
